• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• The account holder is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an account under these Terms.
• The account is subject to a court order, regulator instruction, or other legal obligation requiring ap777 to restrict access.
• ap777 determines, in its sole discretion, that it is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ap777 will endeavour to complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is permanently closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, all balances may be forfeited in accordance with the nature of the breach.
